【目的】了解阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS) 患儿在扁桃体和/或 腺样体切除手术前后生活质量情况,评价手术治疗的影响?【方法】 在术前2周内对67例OSAHS患儿进行儿童OSAHS生活质量调查(21项)和整夜多导睡眠监测(PSG)?术后6~18个月内进行随访,再次进行OSAHS生活质量调查,比较患儿术后生活质量改善情况? 【结果】 在腺样体扁桃体手术后患儿的生活质量有明显的改善,59.7%的患儿在术后症状得到明显改善,25.4%得到中度改善?
