纳米药物递送系统具有高比表面积、结构功能多样性、表面可修饰性等优势,将其进一步构建为纳米药物吸入制剂,可实现药物在肺部的精准递送,提高药物的生物利用度,增强疗效。目前用于呼吸系统疾病治疗的纳米药物吸入制剂主要有四类:纳米药物吸入液体制剂制备工艺简单,应用广泛,但稳定性不足,通过优化纳米载体结构、表面改性、分散介质优化和雾化装置改构可提高其雾化的稳定性;纳米药物吸入气雾剂使用的抛射剂存在溶解纳米载体的风险,且乙醇等助溶剂可导致递送效率下降,亟需开发兼具热力学稳定性和具有理想递送效果的新型抛射剂以拓展其应用;
