Study on morphological differentiation and growth rhythm of underground buds of spring ephemeroid plant Gymnospermium microrrhynchum(牡丹草地下芽的形态分化与生长特征研究)

采用解剖镜、扫描电镜技术,对长白山早春类短命植物牡丹草地下芽形态分化进行了观察,并采用游标卡尺测定各阶段芽体大小,研究地下芽的生长发育节律。发现牡丹草地上生活周期结束后,地下贮藏器官需要休眠2 个月左右,于7 月中下旬,地下芽开始出现形态分化和发育。其进程可分为萌芽期、花序原基分化期、花序形成期和花器官分化期4 个时期,历经2 个月左右,最终以发育成熟的花序进行越冬休眠。连续测定和相关分析表明,在整个夏眠期,牡丹草地下芽的茎高、芽长、芽径均随时间指数生长,茎高和芽长 ...

ANAC084是NAC转录因子家族的一员,其编码一个206个氨基酸的小蛋白。在拟南芥中过表达ANAC084植株出现地上部分变小,莲座叶面积变小、颜色加深,生长周期偏长的表型,但是根的发育并不受影响,进一步的研究表明过表达ANAC084会使拟南芥叶片细胞变小同时使叶片细胞数量大大减少,从而造成植株变小。但是ANAC084-RNAi和ANAC084-SRDX植株在表型上和野生型没有明显区别。通过对ANAC084Pro:gANAC084:GFP:GUS植株进行GFP扫描和GUS染色研究ANAC084的表达模式,
