桥本甲状腺炎细胞病理分级与甲状腺功能和Hb、RBC、WBC及PLT的相关性研究
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 目的通过细针穿刺细胞病理学对桥本甲状腺炎(Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,HT)进行分级,并进一步探讨甲状腺功能、主要血常规参数与细胞学分级之间的相关性。方法对39名经细胞病理学检查确诊为HT的患者的病理涂片进行回顾性分析,并根据细胞学分级标准进行分级。患者均完成游离甲状腺素(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺氨酸(FT3)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)及血常规等检查。结果大多数患者为桥本甲状腺炎1级(56.4%),其次是2级(28.2%)
