金属化膜电容器因其自愈特性可在高电场强度下工作,但电极边缘的电场畸变导致的电极退化会使电容量下降,对电极边缘处的电场畸变程度的评估可为电容器的结构设计提供支撑。文中基于三结合点附近电场分布特点,提出了一种评估电极边缘电场畸变程度的新方法,以T型金属化膜电容器为计算模型,对有限元得到的电极附近电场的数值解,采用电场分布的理论解析式进行拟合,拟合优度在99%以上,定义拟合系数为电场畸变系数来评估电场畸变程度,并得到电极厚度、薄膜厚度和分割间隙对电场畸变程度的影响规律 ...

气隙对车载电缆终端电——热场影响仿真研究

在急速温变、振动等工况下,多层热缩复合绝缘结构车载电缆终端绝缘层间容易产生气隙缺陷,气隙将导致电缆终端电场和热场畸变,引起终端内部局部放电及绝缘材料老化。文中通过有限元仿真建立了车载电缆终端气隙三维模型,分析了气隙长度、厚度及跨度对电缆终端热场和电场的影响。仿真结果表明:气隙的存在造成了电缆终端内部电场严重畸变,畸变场强达到无缺陷时的1.2~6.9倍,不同气隙规格对电场的影响有明显差异,同时气隙规格对电缆终端内部热场分布的影响程度也不同,气隙造成绝缘层温度变化3.8~12.6 ...

环氧树脂在直流电场下易于积聚电荷造成局部电场畸变,进而诱发沿面闪络。文中建立了考虑离子产生、复合、迁移和扩散过程的电荷积聚模型,并在模型中计及了电导率的温度特性。研究了不同温度下气固界面电势、电场、电荷的分布及功率损耗变化,分析了温度对电荷行为和电场畸变率的影响。结果表明:表面电荷密度随温度升高而增大,三结合点处电荷密度最大;温度对切向电场的影响更大,随温度升高,电荷积聚的主要方式由表面传导向体传导转变;适当升温可以提高表面电荷积聚和消散速率,但高温会使表面电荷密度和泄漏电流增大,进而加剧畸变和损耗 ...
