Rumour spread and control during the West African Ebola epidemic in Liberia

The severity of the 2014–15 West African Ebola epidemic in Liberia was coupled with widespread misunderstanding of the virus among citizens and the proliferation of rumours. Rumour control during outbreaks is imperative to reduce the public's fears about a disease.

今年西安电力电容器厂增产了很多大型振荡回路用电容器和高压肪冲电压器。现在又在设计和试制新的脉冲电容器,如用于短路放电以产生极大热量的MY50—3型电容器,及用以构成高压分压器的MY200—0.0006型电容器等。后者要求具有非常高的精密度与稳定度。 移相电容器已达到相当高的发展水平。生产容量最低占总生产量的50—60%。今年不仅克服了电容器纸供应不足的困难,还普遍提高了单位体积的容量,并将继续提高10—12仟之电容器至13—14仟乏(体积不变)。此外,制造了新型的高压电容器,单台容量20仟乏,尺寸也较大。
