为实现电网的数字化转型,建设强有力的交直流输电工程,对电网状态的全感知是关键一环。文中针对交直流混合强电场的测量需求,分析了基于一次电光效应与电场调制方法的电场传感器方法,研究了温度特性对传感器性能的影响,并提出温度自补偿措施。同时,基于有限元仿真建立三维物理场模型,量化电场调制效能,研究电极间距和屏蔽电极开孔数对传感器性能的影响,为今后传感器的整体封装提供了依据。
