高压大容量电力变压器内部存在较大的绕组漏磁,使变压器的金属结构件存在较大涡流,导致变压器内部产生大的电磁干扰。文中研究了变压器夹件涡流引起的电磁干扰机理。采用有限元方法计算了变压器夹件的磁感应强度、涡流和夹件所受的电磁力,分析了电磁力的分布特点。研究了夹件在电磁力作用下产生电磁振动和噪声的原理,根据夹件的筋结构建立了电磁振动的有限元模型,对夹件的振动位移、振动速度进行了计算,并对此振动产生的噪声进行了分析计算。针对夹件的两种不同磁屏蔽结构,通过对夹件电磁振动最小的固定位置研究,得到了夹件减振的最佳方法 ...
