ZnO压敏电阻的制备工艺优化及其性能对比研究

本研究探讨了采用分段压制技术,制备具有一定梯度结构的ZnO压敏电阻,旨在通过优化分段配方比例,调节电阻片在厚度方向上的显微结构,提高电阻片的抗大电流冲击能力。通过扫描电子显微镜观察了ZnO晶粒尺寸在外段和中段的分布,通过压敏电阻测试仪和冲击电流发生器分别测试了电阻片的压敏电压、非线性系数与10kA 8/20μs雷电波残压比、2ms方波电流通流能力和4/10μs最大冲击电流。实验结果表明,通过优化晶粒尺寸和能量分布,优化后的工艺不仅保持了良好的压敏电压和非线性系数,电阻片的整体性能得到了显著提升 ...
