任意加速运动黑洞的温度和熵

采用Tortoise坐标变换,约化视界面附近Klein-Gorden方程,得到黑洞的Hawking温度.用薄膜brick-wall模型,通过选择适当的截断因子和薄层厚度,在视界面附近薄层上的熵就是黑洞的熵,结果表明黑洞熵与视界面积成正比.

计算机绘制电子云界面图

为了得到精确的原子或分子轨道界面图及电子云密度界面图,近年来国内已有人设计了计算等值点的电子计算机程序,利用其计算结果可以绘制出较为精确的界面图.无疑,这方面的工作,对于理论化学的研究和教学都是十分有益的.但是人工的成图过程仍然是一项麻烦的工作,而且成图质量也会因人因时而异.考虑到目前计算机绘图设备日趋完善,且成图过程将更为客观和简便.故本文为利用计算机绘图仪直接绘制分子轨道界面图及电子云密度界面图设计了一套计算机程序.

键合界面对面发射激光器光与热性质的影响

通过界面有效吸收系数的计算及界面对腔模的反射率的影响可知,采用双面键合技术制备面发射激光器应使键合界面处于驻波场分布零点位置,同时界面厚度应该小于20nm以使器件光学性能受界面吸收系数的影响较小.采用有限元方法分析VCSEL温度分布,结果证实薄的键合界面使VCSEL有源区温度对界面的热导率和电导率改变不敏感,而厚的键合界面将可能使有源区温度有较大地升高,给器件带来严重的不良影响.亲水键合和疏水键合的SEM照片说明疏水处理界面较薄,适合用于器件的制备.而亲水处理界面厚度〉40nm,对器件的光 ...
