WCu合金与铜合金梯度烧结的设计与分析

用梯度烧结法连接钨铜合金与纯铜或铜合金,并与传统的整体烧结、焊接、机械螺纹连接进行了对比分析,观察了结合界面和拉伸断口。结果表明,梯度烧结试样可以显著提高结合界面的抗拉强度(15%~30%)、降低电阻率(25%)。而且梯度烧结试样的界面表现为"犬牙交错"状,断裂方式为准解理,优于界面较为平整,断口呈解理断裂的其他几种连接方式。

针对传统的线性超声理论在钢‑混凝土界面损伤检测中存在准确性低的问题,提出一种基于非线性超声调制理论的钢‑混凝土界面损伤识别方法。首先,在钢管混凝土内部嵌入智能骨料以激发高频超声信号,同时利用外部电磁激振器施加低频振动,从而调制出在频域上具有非线性特征的超声信号;其次,在钢管外壁的3个不同位置粘贴传感器,用于接收并记录经过界面调制的响应信号;然后,利用万能试验机开展加载试验,诱导钢‑混凝土界面产生不同程度的黏结失效,并定量分析界面裂缝扩展与损伤指标之间的变化规律;最后,通过对比分析验证该方法的有效性 ...

黄土高原坝地层状土壤剖面孔隙分布特征

以明确自然界中广泛存在的层状结构土壤孔隙分布特征为目的。选黄土高原典型坝地土壤剖面为研究对象,利用CT扫描技术分析耕作层、犁底层、心土层土壤三维结构,探讨层状土孔隙参数随土层结构变化及界面层孔隙特征。结果表明:(1)瘦长型孔隙(孔隙形状系数≤0.2)是各土层土壤孔隙的主要形态。各土层的孔隙参数具有明显差异。耕作层的总孔隙度最高,大孔隙(≥1 mm)分布较多;犁底层孔隙总数量最高,含有较多孤立的小孔隙(≥0.1~0.5 mm)和微小孔隙(≥0.06~0.1 mm),但连通性最差 ...
