储能蜗卷弹簧是高压断路器操动机构的核心部件,在工作中容易产生疲劳裂纹或损伤,对其超声导波检测是确保电网安全稳定运行的重要措施。文中通过研究断路器储能蜗卷弹簧超声导波传播机理,开展断路器储能蜗卷弹簧超声导波检测的影响因素分析,同时设计开发了一套断路器储能蜗卷弹簧无损检测的超声导波检测仪器,并经现场实际检测验证,解决了断路器储能蜗卷弹簧在不解体情况下检测难题,为今后储能蜗卷弹簧入网检测提供新的技术手段。

高压开关用碟簧液压机构活塞杆激光熔覆工艺研究

为提高35CrMo基活塞杆关键部位的耐磨性,防止电镀工艺带来的镀层剥落失效问题。采用激光熔覆技术在35CrMo钢基材上制备不同工艺参数的20%WC/Ni基复合涂层,利用SEM、EDS、维氏硬度计和HRS-2M往复式摩擦磨损测试仪,研究了熔覆层的宏观形貌、微观形貌、显微硬度和耐磨性,最后采用激光熔覆最优工艺参数制备活塞杆并开展10 000次机械寿命试验。激光能量密度为63.3 J/mm2能够提高熔覆层组织均匀性、降低晶粒尺寸和提高熔覆层硬度;熔覆层组织越均匀、晶粒越细小有利于硬度、摩擦磨损等性能的提高 ...
