铁路栓焊钢桥疲劳设计

简要介绍了我国铁路钢桥由铆接结构发展到栓焊结构的历程。铁路桥梁承载大,结构的荷载效应变化频繁,焊接桥梁构造容易产生疲劳破坏。在1965年铁路栓焊桥梁的发展之初,就开始进行了疲劳试验研究,根据数十年的使用经验和研究资料,给出了疲劳抗力方程和铁路栓焊钢桥疲劳设计的列车疲劳应力、结构疲劳抗力的计算方法以及疲劳应力检算方法。研究成果已应用于铁路桥梁设计中,由于铁路高速、重载的发展方向,研究还有待于进一步深入。

弹簧机构用缓冲器优化设计与疲劳寿命分析

为实现弹簧操动机构用液压缓冲器的小型化、轻量化和高可靠性,需要对缓冲器进行优化设计与疲劳寿命分析。文中以缓冲器缸体为研究对象,首先建立缓冲器有限元模型,利用Ansys Workbench对其结构强度进行仿真计算,并采用其特有的优化模块Design-Exploration对缸体的壁厚进行优化,得到最优的设计方案。其次为保证优化后缸体的疲劳可靠性,利用疲劳分析软件nCode Design Life对该缸体进行疲劳寿命分析,确定了缸体容易发生疲劳破坏和损伤的位置,得到了缸体的疲劳寿命云图 ...

基于磁记忆检测和SVM的连续管疲劳失效判别

针对现有连续管疲劳损伤检测评价方法存在的不足,提出了基于金属磁记忆方法的连续管疲劳损伤评价方法,建立了连续管疲劳损伤状况判别支持向量机(SVM)模型。选取CT80材质的连续管进行弯曲疲劳损伤磁记忆检测试验研究,利用判别模型对试验数据进行分析,结果表明,SVM模型能够较好地建立起连续管疲劳损伤状态与磁记忆信号之间的映射关系,并能清晰地反映连续管的疲劳损伤过程,为检测连续管疲劳失效提供了一种新的判别方法。

轴向荷载作用下小规格拉铆钉和普通螺栓疲劳性能对比研究

拉铆钉因其良好的防松动、抗疲劳和防腐性能以及较强的环境适应性等特点而被广泛应用于航空航天、轨道交通、桥梁建筑等领域。为解决光伏支架中螺栓连接易发生疲劳的问题,现研究一种国产新型拉铆钉的轴向疲劳性能,用以代替普通螺栓连接进而提高光伏支架的疲劳寿命。对LMY8和LMY10小规格拉铆钉及同规格的普通螺栓进行了轴向荷载作用下的静力试验和疲劳试验,并利用ABAQUS软件进行了拉铆钉铆接过程的模拟,利用FE-Safe软件对拉铆钉疲劳寿命进行了模拟。研究结果表明:在同样条件下,铆钉的疲劳性能优于普通螺栓的疲劳性能 ...
