实用医学研究, 2020 目的：研究整体护理对改善白血病化疗患者负性情绪及疼痛感的影响。方法：50例白血病化疗患者自愿参与，随机分成对照组（25 例，常规护理）、观察组（25 例，整体护理），比较护理结果。结果：对比两组患者的焦虑与抑郁评分，干预后观察组的两项评分均较低（P＜0.05）；对比两组患者的疼痛评分，干预后观察组评分较低（P＜0.05）；对比两组患者的生活质量评分（精神状况、健康状况、支持帮助、活动能力），干预后观察组评分较高（P＜0.05）。结论：为白血病化疗患者采取整体护理，可改善患者的负性情绪，减轻患者的疼痛感 ...

伐昔洛韦 + 加巴喷丁 + 外用联合治疗老年性带状疱疹迟滞性疼痛 1 例报告
亚洲临床医学杂志, 2020 目的：探讨阿昔洛韦片 + 阿昔洛韦乳膏治疗老年性带状疱疹效果不佳，迟滞疼痛剧烈，改用伐昔洛韦片 + 加巴喷丁胶囊口服，外用喷昔洛韦乳膏外用患处。方法：患者采用阿昔洛韦片及阿昔洛韦软膏院外治疗效果不佳，疼痛加剧，不思饮食，夜不能寐，睡眠质量极差，VAS 评分 8 分，改用伐昔洛韦片 + 加巴喷丁胶囊口服，外用喷昔洛韦乳膏外用患处，每隔 6 小时。结果：3 天疼痛减轻，可正常饮食、睡眠；VAS 评分 4 分，后期无疼痛后遗症。结论：伐昔洛韦片 ...
