亚洲临床医学杂志, 2020 在现代生活中，越来越多的人因各类关节炎引起的疼痛、畸形和活动受限，经保守治疗无效果或者不显著，从而严重影响生活质量。目前临床选择行之有效的治疗方式是进行全膝关节置换术（total knee arthroplasty，TKA），其能够解决患者自身出现的膝关节功能障碍以及膝关节疼痛。但是由于此项手术切口长，创伤大，因此存在不同程度的不良反应或并发症，其中疼痛是较为常见的症状之一，直接影响患者术后机体康复。因此在手术治疗后自身关节功能康复过程中对疼痛的控制，是对促进患者早日康复的关键。
