伐昔洛韦 + 加巴喷丁 + 外用联合治疗老年性带状疱疹迟滞性疼痛 1 例报告
亚洲临床医学杂志, 2020 目的：探讨阿昔洛韦片 + 阿昔洛韦乳膏治疗老年性带状疱疹效果不佳，迟滞疼痛剧烈，改用伐昔洛韦片 + 加巴喷丁胶囊口服，外用喷昔洛韦乳膏外用患处。方法：患者采用阿昔洛韦片及阿昔洛韦软膏院外治疗效果不佳，疼痛加剧，不思饮食，夜不能寐，睡眠质量极差，VAS 评分 8 分，改用伐昔洛韦片 + 加巴喷丁胶囊口服，外用喷昔洛韦乳膏外用患处，每隔 6 小时。结果：3 天疼痛减轻，可正常饮食、睡眠；VAS 评分 4 分，后期无疼痛后遗症。结论：伐昔洛韦片 ...
