糖尿病患者ICU病原菌分布临床分析 [PDF]

目的探讨ICU中糖尿病患者病原学分布的临床特征。方法回顾性分析吉林大学白求恩第三医院ICU收治的223例病原菌阳性感染患者临床及细菌学培养资料。比较糖尿病与非糖尿病重症患者病原菌分布的差异。结果其中非糖尿病组51例(22.87%),糖尿病组172例(77.13%),与非糖尿病组相比糖尿病组白细胞总数及中性粒细胞总数明显升高(P<0.05)。两组均以革兰阴性菌感染为主,非糖尿病组革兰阴性菌占70.89%(56/79),革兰阳性菌占22.78%(18/79),真菌占6.33%(5/79 ...

鳗鲡肝肾病病原菌的研究 [PDF]

近年来,在广东潮州各养鳗场,每年3-5月和10-12月,广泛流行一种危害严重的鳗鲡肝肾病,给鳗鲡养殖业造成严重损失。本文记述了该病的症状,重点研究鳗肝肾病的病原菌。作者从患肝肾病的病鳗肝脏、肾脏和胃液中分离到10株致病菌。根据分离株的形态、培养、生化特性,8株致病菌特性一致,鉴定为迟饨爱德华氏菌(EdwardsiellatardaEwingetMcwhorter)另外两株菌特性相同被鉴定为运动性Aeronlonassp.。研究结果阐明了鳗鲡肝肾病主要是由E.tarda引起的爱德华氏菌病,部分病例是由E.
