为掌握石臼湖越冬水鸟肠道菌群及潜在病原菌的基本特征，本研究利用16S rRNA扩增子测序技术，对该湖泊越冬豆雁（Anser fabalis）和小天鹅（Cygnus columbianus）肠道菌群结构和病原菌组成进行了分析。结果表明：两种水鸟肠道菌群的Alpha多样性无显著性差异（Chao 1，P = 0.63；Shannon-Wiener，P = 0.48），但Beta多样性存在显著宿主分异（PERMANOVA，P < 0.001）；优势菌门均为变形菌门（Proteobacteria）、厚壁菌门（
