钼靶X线在诊断乳腺癌中的作用

目的探讨钼靶X线在诊断乳腺癌中的应用价值,提高乳腺癌的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经钼靶X线诊断为乳腺癌,并经手术病理证实的65例乳腺癌病例的钼靶X线征象,探讨其X线特点。结果本组术前X线诊断与病理诊断结果一致的有61例（93.84%）,乳腺癌钼靶X线直接征象包括8种肿块影像表现,出现率高者为毛刺肿块39个（63.93%）,间接征象有10种。结论乳腺癌的钼靶X线征象具有特征性改变,认识其直接与间接征象可显著提高诊断准确率。
