GIS盆式绝缘子检测用超声导波信号降噪方法研究

盆式绝缘子是GIS断路器中的关键部件,其生产与运输过程中产生的气泡、裂纹、表面脏污等缺陷,将引起GIS发生沿面闪络等故障,降低设备运行可靠性。本文利用超声导波方法对GIS盆式绝缘子进行缺陷检测,首先在Comsol中构建了盆式绝缘子三维仿真模型,设置超声波激励点与接收点分别对完好绝缘子与有缺陷绝缘子进行超声导波仿真研究,有缺陷时接受信号幅值小于完好绝缘子,验证了超声导波方法的有效性。后针对仿真信号分别添加5dB高斯白噪声,并使用小波降噪,VMD降噪和OMP降噪方法对含噪声信号分别进行处理 ...
