盆式绝缘子是GIS设备的关键设备,盆式绝缘子的健康状况对GIS以及电网安全运行具有重要影响。文章对超声导波检测盆式绝缘子缺陷进行有限元仿真,并搭建基于超声导波的盆式绝缘子缺陷检测平台,对不同偏移角度的裂纹缺陷和不同排列方向、数量的孔洞缺陷进行检测,来探究在不同角度缺陷和不同数量缺陷下,超声导波检测盆式绝缘子缺陷时的衰减率变化规律,发现裂纹偏移角度(较水平方向)越大,导波幅值衰减率越大,孔洞数量越多,导波信号幅值衰减率逐渐增大,并且,纵向排列的孔洞信号幅值衰减率要比横向排列方向要快。
