<正> 简介随着通信事业的发展,目前地、县局采用的通信设备日益增多,对电源也提出了更新的要求。主要是要求能不间断地供电,以确保通信畅通,并且要求电源设备种类简化,以减少投资、便于维护。因此,现在多使用逆变器组成不停电电源,即用某一种电压的蓄电池组,将直流电经过逆变器转变为50周交流电源,再根据需要直接使用或整流成各种直流电源。在有市电时,使用充电整流器对蓄电池组充电,市电中断时,通过转换开关由逆变器代替市电向通信设备供电,以组成不停电供电系统,如图1所示。

随着双碳目标的稳步推进，越来越多的可再生能源接入低压用户侧，以实现电力系统的低碳绿色转型。然而，考虑到可再生能源固有的波动性和间歇性，其接入电压与直流母线电压等级通常不匹配，故需要设计升压变流器以实现可再生能源变流器较大范围电压转换。基于此，文中设计了一种超电压增益升压型DC/DC变流器，所提变流器采用了再生升压馈电开关电感和电容配置。这种结构使得所提变流器可在较低的占空比下产生极高的电压增益，且该变流器中所有功率半导体二极管的开关应力较低。此外，文中还针对所提变流器的稳态进行了深入分析 ...
