Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2023 结直肠癌作为癌症相关死亡的第四大原因，也是全球第三大最常诊断的恶性肿瘤。在东欧和亚洲地区，结直肠癌的发病率和死亡率上升迅速，预计到2030年，全球结直肠癌患者将新增220万确诊病例以及110万的死亡病例[1]。在最近的研究报告中指出进行结直肠癌早期癌症筛查诊断能显著降低结直肠癌死亡率[2],本实验初步通过二维色谱质谱联用技术及免疫印迹实验来分析RPS14蛋白在结直肠癌组织与癌旁组织的差异，为结直肠癌的筛查和诊断提供帮助。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2022 ＜正＞结直肠癌是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤，其中黏液腺癌约占结直肠癌总数的30%，相对于其他类型结直肠癌具有更高的侵袭性和转移性，5年生存率仅为60%[1]。人表皮生长因子受体2（HER2）基因是表皮生长因子受体家族中的一员，已成为判断乳腺癌、胃癌等恶性肿瘤预后和指导治疗的重要指标[2-3]。近几年，关于HER2在结直肠癌中表达和作用的研究认为其密切参与结直肠癌的发生和发展[4]。
