【目的】调查慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染患者的主观睡眠现状。【方法】以2019年1月至6月中山大学附属第三医院门诊慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染患者353例,采用嗜睡量表、失眠程度量表、睡眠质量量表、焦虑自评表和抑郁自评表对患者进行评分,并按照睡眠情况分级标准进行分组,收集患者性别、年龄、疾病诊断、是否抗病毒治疗及文化程度资料,通过卡方检验及多因素logistic回归分析睡眠情况的影响因素。【结果】慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染患者总体嗜睡率为47.88%,总体失眠率为53.26%,6.8%的患者睡眠质量很差。嗜睡的危险因素为焦虑(
