A survey of status quo of sleeping of postoperative tumor patients and nursing care of them
Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]了解肿瘤病人术后睡眠状况及其影响因素,探讨提高其术后睡眠质量的方法。[方法]应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）和自行设计的相关睡眠影响因素调查问卷对103例术后5 d10 d的肿瘤病人进行综合调查并统计分析。[结果]多数病人术后早期存在不同程度睡眠障碍。[结论]营造良好睡眠环境,及时解除术后疼痛,加强心理疏导,围绕生物节律进行护理活动有利于提高病人睡眠质量,延长睡眠时间,促进术后康复。

Survey of sleep quality of 320 cases of liver cirrhosis patients and its influencing factors
Huli yanjiu, 2015 [目的]了解肝硬化病人的睡眠质量及影响因素,提出针对性的意见或建议。[方法]采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）和自行设计的影响睡眠因素调查表对320例肝硬化住院病人进行问卷调查。[结果]320例肝硬化住院病人PSQI大于7分者248例（77.5%）。主要影响睡眠的因素为心理因素、住院环境以及疾病所带来的身体不适。[结论]肝硬化住院病人PSQI评分高于正常人,睡眠障碍具有普遍性和特殊性,应引起医护人员的足够重视。
