生物炭结合藓类植物对土壤稳定性的影响

目的生物炭作为土壤改良剂可增大土壤孔隙结构,提高土壤肥沃程度,改良土壤酸碱平衡度。方法利用玉米秸秆生物炭改良剂对石漠化区土壤进行物理改良(生物炭施入量设置为0,5%和10%),并在生物炭改良土中采用碎皮法接种本土优势藓(高接种量为1 200 g/m2,低接种量为600 g/m2),进行直剪试验及酸碱度测量,通过Spearman相关性分析藓种类、生物炭施入量及藓接种量三者的耦合关系,探究生物炭和藓在石漠化土壤上的改良效果。结果1)生物炭施入量及藓接种量会影响植物生长,5 ...
