Q690和Q275角钢螺栓连接块剪破坏承载性能研究

为分析Q690和Q275双排螺栓连接角钢的块剪破坏承载性能,采用ABAQUS软件建立非线性有限元计算模型,结合已有角钢螺栓连接受拉块剪破坏的试验数据,验证了模型的准确性。在此基础上,建立参数化模型分析了钢材强度等级、螺栓端距、螺栓数量和连接形式对角钢承载性能的影响,并基于分析结果对中、美钢结构设计规范和文献提出的块剪破坏计算公式进行了评估。结果表明:Q690高强度双排螺栓连接角钢的延性低于Q275强度角钢的延性,但仍然呈现出明显的延性破坏特性。螺栓端距和数量的增加可以提高角钢块剪破坏时的极限承载力 ...

圆钢管混凝土K形相贯节点承载力计算模型研究

以圆钢管混凝土平面K形相贯节点试验数据为基础,以弦杆径厚比γ、腹杆与弦杆管径比β、壁厚比τ和夹角θ为研究参数,建立有限元参数分析模型,进行非线性有限元参数分析,得到该类型节点的典型破坏模式,并建立了节点的极限承载力计算模型。结果表明:圆钢管混凝土K形相贯节点典型破坏模式是腹杆失效和弦杆冲剪破坏,控制指标是腹杆与弦杆的壁厚比τ和夹角θ。在CIDECT建议的空心圆钢管相贯节点基于冲剪破坏的极限承载力计算公式基础上,采用最小二乘法得到圆钢管混凝土K形相贯节点的冲剪承载力计算模型 ...

高温下自攻螺钉搭接连接薄钢板抗剪性能研究

采用有限元方法对自攻螺钉搭接连接薄钢板在高温下的抗剪性能进行了研究。薄钢板厚度分别采用0.42mm,1.20mm,1.90mm;通过改变温度和自攻螺钉的布置方式,研究抗剪连接件的承载力和破坏模式。分析结果表明:自攻螺钉搭接连接薄钢板在剪力作用下,会发生明显的倾斜;自攻螺钉沿受力方向布置时的承载力略高于垂直受力方向布置时的承载力,两者破坏模式相似;节点在高温下的破坏模式与在常温下类似。将模拟结果与冷成型钢设计规范的预测结果进行比较,发现现行规范可以较准确地预测抗剪连接件的破坏模式,而对其承载力的预测 ...
