全球能源系统正在经历转型,未来的能源体系中将以清洁能源和电力为主导,因此有必要研究一套针对清洁能源电力的碳减排核算方法。在传统“碳流”概念的基础上,针对清洁能源电力提出了广义碳流概念,以此引申定义了电网互联情景下的负碳流,并提出了消费侧视角下包含多种能源的电力系统碳排放核算方法。基于碳流工具,能够从消费侧精确评估电网互联下的清洁电力输送的减排效益。以非洲跨国电网互联情景为例,非洲通过洲内电网互联促进清洁电力输送,至2030年总的“负碳流”为2700万t CO2/年;至2050年“负碳流”可达8700万t
