基于我国碳排放约束性指标的提出,在收集2000〜2009年西部、中部、东北部及东部地区所辖30个省市(除西藏外)的相关数据的基础上,估算CO2排放情况,通过图表及有关参数分析这些区域CO2排放现状,阐明CO2排放特征.结果显示,近10年,我国单位GDP CO2排放量下降了 38. 4%,若兑现2020年碳减排承诺,减排量相当于2005年全球CO2排放量的29.
