化石能源非能利用需求和碳排放研究 [PDF]

open access: yes, 2023

Prioritizing global tall forests toward the 30 × 30 goals

open access: yesConservation Biology, Volume 37, Issue 6, December 2023., 2023
Abstract The Global Deal for Nature sets an ambitious goal to protect 30% of Earth's land and ocean by 2030. The 30 × 30 initiative is a way to allocate conservation resources and extend protection to conserve vulnerable and underprotected ecosystems while reducing carbon emissions to combat climate change.

The divergence of South Korea's Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) from the EU ETS: An institutional complementarity view

open access: yesPolitics &Policy, Volume 51, Issue 6, Page 1155-1173, December 2023., 2023
Abstract Emissions trading schemes (ETS) have spread across the globe to tackle climate change. However, limited attention has been given to how ETS characteristics and designs differ and why. We use the concept of institutional complementarity to explore how the EU ETS and South Korea's ETS (K‐ETS) adapt to complement established political economy ...

Net‐zero carbon declarations by Japanese local governments: What caused the domino‐like diffusion?

open access: yesReview of Policy Research, Volume 40, Issue 6, Page 853-893, November 2023., 2023
Abstract Sub‐national governments are a crucial non‐state actor for mitigating climate change. This importance has recently strengthened as increasing numbers of municipalities declare net‐zero carbon emission goals to support the Paris Agreement, often well ahead of national governments.

Retaining natural vegetation to safeguard biodiversity and humanity

open access: yesConservation Biology, Volume 37, Issue 3, June 2023., 2023
Abstract Global efforts to deliver internationally agreed goals to reduce carbon emissions, halt biodiversity loss, and retain essential ecosystem services have been poorly integrated. These goals rely in part on preserving natural (e.g., native, largely unmodified) and seminatural (e.g., low intensity or sustainable human use) forests, woodlands, and ...

Current breeding distributions and predicted range shifts under climate change in two subspecies of Black‐tailed Godwits in Asia

open access: yesGlobal Change Biology, Volume 28, Issue 18, Page 5416-5426, September 2022., 2022
Due to climate change, the breeding range of the two Asian subspecies of Black‐tailed Godwit would shift northward in the future, accompanied by a significant decline in suitable breeding range size. Abstract Habitat loss and shifts associated with climate change threaten global biodiversity, with impacts likely to be most pronounced at high latitudes.

Bridging the ideological gap? How fairness perceptions mediate the effect of revenue recycling on public support for carbon taxes in the United States, Canada and Germany

open access: yesReview of Policy Research, Volume 38, Issue 5, Page 529-554, September 2021., 2021
Abstract Carbon taxes are frequently advocated as a means of reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, yet their political feasibility remains a challenge. To enhance their political appeal, carbon tax proponents have proposed revenue recycling as a means of alleviating public concern with this instrument's visible costs.

Rewilding in the face of climate change

open access: yesConservation Biology, Volume 35, Issue 1, Page 155-167, February 2021., 2021
Abstract Expansion of the global protected‐area network has been proposed as a strategy to address threats from accelerating climate change and species extinction. A key step in increasing the effectiveness of such expansion is understanding how novel threats to biodiversity from climate change alter concepts such as rewilding, which have underpinned ...

40.5 kV C-GIS全生命周期内碳排放计算与分析

open access: yesGaoya dianqi, 2022

Taxing Flaring and the Politics of State Methane Release Policy

open access: yesReview of Policy Research, Volume 37, Issue 1, Page 6-38, January 2020., 2020
Abstract Methane is a potent greenhouse gas but it has received strikingly less social science attention than carbon dioxide in examining climate policy options. This article explores American state policy toward methane that is not captured and instead released into the atmosphere during oil and gas production.
