基于电力现货市场仿真的海上风电接入对广东省电力行业碳减排影响评估 [PDF]
为应对全球气候变化,电力行业低碳化能源转型迫在眉睫。针对2019—2028年广东省的能源规划,搭建广东省电力系统简化模型,依据安全约束经济调度原理仿真电力现货市场,评估大规模海上风电的接入对广东省电力行业碳排放的影响。仿真结果表明,按广东省海上风电发展规划接入海上风电后:电力行业总碳排量和系统碳排放强度均有不同程度的降低;海上风电减排贡献百分比逐年提升,最高可达20%;A类机组碳排放量和碳排放强度基本不变;B类机组相关碳排放数据变化趋势与广东省基本一致;对于接入海上风电场的节点 ...
