磁饱和式可控电抗器(magnetically-saturated controllable reactor,MSCR)运行时,交、直流共同励磁,铁心各部分磁场分布显著不同,这对损耗的分析计算造成困难。文中以单相他励式磁饱和电抗器样机研究对象,建立场路耦合三维有限元分析模型,首先计算铁心内部磁场分布,分析得到典型区域的磁场分布和变化特点;在此基础上,对铁心损耗进行仿真计算,归纳得出MSCR铁心总损耗随负载变化而变化的规律。研究指出,磁阀直流偏磁分量随负载增大升高明显,磁阀交变磁场分量随负载升高而降低 ...
