特高压直流线路的场分布影响因素分析

线路附近地面的场分布是输电线路电磁环境中的一个重要指标。首先验证了半经验公式法的有效性。然后使用该方法分析了极导线水平排列的±800 kV直流线路合成场强、标称场强和离子流密度的影响因素和变化规律。研究表明地面,标称电场强度受线路对地高度的影响很大,而合成电场强度和离子流密度除受导线对地高度的影响较大外,受导线直径和分裂数的影响也很大。

单极并联式电絮凝反应器处理含Zn2+Cd2+冶金废水

研究采用单级并联式电絮凝反应器,处理含Zn2+和Cd2+两种重金属离子的高浓度、强酸性冶金废水。主要分析了pH、电流密度和电解时间对反应器处理效果的影响,并优化了运行参数,同时对耗电量和电流效率进行了分析。结果表明,在pH=9,电解时间为100 s,电流密度为6 mA/cm2条件下,两种重金属离子出水浓度均满足GB25466-2010排放标准,去除率接近100%,耗电量低于0.21 kW.h/kg,电流效率大于100%。

高压直流输电线路离子流场的计算方法研究

高压直流输电线路发生电晕放电时,周围空间会充满带电离子,从而使空间电场显著增强。为了准确计算地面离子流场,文中采用该有限元—积分法对双极离子流场的控制方程进行求解。文中在计算合成电场时采用了有限元外推法,同时还对空间电荷密度初值进行了改进。通过利用该方法对同轴圆柱模型和±400 kV的直流线路进行的比对计算,验证了该算法的有效性。同时,在实际的±500 kV直流线路上,把该算法的计算结果与已有算法的计算结果进行了对比。实际线路验证和算法间对比均表明,该方法具有较好的精度。最后,采用所提出的方法对±800

电子与硅烷分子碰撞的散射截面对微晶硅生长影响

较为系统的研究了甚高频化学气相沉积在高压高功率下生长的微晶硅薄膜.给出了功率密度-气体流量和压强-功率密度的二维相图.用朗缪尔探针测出薄膜沉积时等离子体内部电子温度,并用麦克斯韦-玻尔兹曼分布进行拟合给出电子能量分布函数.由电子能量分布函数出发通过单电子碰撞模型给出等离子体内部各种基浓度的计算公式.并通过数值模拟给出等离子体中 SiH2,SiH3等基的浓度.利用 SiH2与 SiH3比值,结合表面扩散模型,解释气压-功率密度相图中随电子温度的增加(功率的增加),晶化率增大的现象.
