电气化铁路接触网绝缘子积污特性模拟仿真

通过分析颗粒在绝缘子表面沉积的力学机理,给出了颗粒在绝缘子表面的沉积判据。采用COMSOL多物理场仿真软件,对铁路接触网QBN-25绝缘子的自然积污特性进行仿真,分析风速大小、颗粒粒径对绝缘子积污的影响。结果表明:接触网绝缘子表面颗粒的积污量与风速呈正相关关系,同样积污量与颗粒粒径的大小近似呈正相关关系;在小风速时,绝缘子两端伞裙的积污量较高,低压端绝缘子比高压端绝缘子积污更加严重,处于中间位置伞裙的积污量较小,绝缘子各个伞裙的积污分布总体上呈"U"型分布,而且当风速增大后 ...
