采用模块化设计原理,开发了场指纹法(FSM)管道腐蚀监测系统软件,分别设计了系统的数据采集、数据分析处理、数据可视化模块以及发送短信和邮件等模块,介绍了各模块的功能、实现技术以及软件界面。对实验室管道进行了长期的监测,监测结果表明,系统能稳定地同时采集多个管道监测数据,能对初始测量数据进行处理、可视化显示腐蚀参数和腐蚀形貌等,并可以每天定时发送监测数据及文件给用户,系统运行稳定可靠。

本文首次研制一台简化的永磁体悬浮控制测试平台,初步验证了天环一号(China Astro-Torus one,CAT-1)悬浮偶极场聚变磁约束装置超导磁体稳定悬浮的可行性。基于数字化分析计算设计了聚变偶极磁体的悬浮控制系统,用以实验证明磁体悬浮稳定的理论预测。测试结果表明,永磁体的悬浮精度可控制在±50 μm以内;分析偶极磁体悬浮状态下得到的运动频谱测试结果,证实了磁体参数的可靠性;在实验方法上采用实测磁体数据对磁体模型进行修正,得到了更准确的悬浮运行参数。总之 ...
