Clinical Observation on Zaoshu Yinchen Prescription in the Treatment of Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis [PDF]
, 2017 目的探究皂术茵陈方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年5月—2016年2月非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者132例,随机分组。西医治疗组采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗;皂术茵陈组在西医治疗组基础上给予皂术茵陈方治疗。比较两组患者非酒精性脂肪性肝炎治疗效果;治疗前后丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇;不良反应发生率。结果皂术茵陈组患者非酒精性脂肪性肝炎治疗效果比西医治疗组高,P〈0.05;皂术茵陈组治疗前后丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、

, 2017 目的探究肝硬化患者产生医院感染的危险因素,并采用中医预防及护理对策,为临床防控医院感染提供参考。方法收集2014年10月1日—2016年10月31日住院治疗的176例肝硬化患者资料,回顾性分析医院感染产生的危险因素,并总结中医预防及护理对策。结果176例肝硬化患者中有5例发生医院感染,其感染率是2.84%,感染部位主要有三种,即肺部感染、胃肠道及腹腔感染,其中,居于感染部位首位的是肺部感染3例（60%）,其次为肠道感染1例（20%）和腹腔感染1例（20%）。5例感染病例均采样送细菌培养,检出4株病原菌 ...

, 2017 目的探究常用解热镇痛药说明书中儿童用药标识情况,分析儿童用药现状,为其提出合理建议。方法选取51份本院常用的解热抗炎、抗痛风、镇痛药说明书,其中口服制剂29份、注射制剂16份、喷雾制剂6份。对说明书中是否有儿童用法用量、慎用禁用提示、用药尚不明确及用药项缺省等标注情况进行统计分析。结果口服药中,中成药用法标注率（50.0%）低于西药用法标注率（64.7%）;中成药儿童用药项省略率（41.7%）高于西药儿童用药项省略率（11.8%）。口服药、注射剂和喷雾剂中儿童用法标注率分别为58.6%、62.5和100.
