大脑皮层与针刺抑制内脏痛的关系——Ⅳ.内脏痛信号与“内关”传入信号在大脑皮层中的相互作用 [PDF]
Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1980 针刺镇痛基本上是痛觉传入信号和穴位传入信号在中枢神经系统内相互作用的结果,目前已有大量材料支持这一观点。业已证明,内脏伤害性传入冲动可以到达大脑皮层内脏大神经投射区,引起内脏痛放电和诱发电位。我们还观察到:刺激“内关”穴时,在皮层“内关”投射区出现诱发电位和单位放电,表明“内关”穴位传入信号也可到达大脑皮层。本文进一步探“内关”传入信号是否进入皮层内脏大神经投射区,是否同内脏痛传入信号发生相互作用。
