Huli yanjiu, 2008 摘要： （免费在线浏览）摘要:［目的］观察穴位敷贴缓解化疗病人胃肠道反应的疗效。［方法］将2006年3月―2007年5月我院收治的化疗病人90例随机分为实验组和对照组，各45例，两组均 常规应用甲氧氯普胺10 mg肌肉注射，每日1次，时间为化疗当天至化疗结束。实验组在化疗前2 d至化疗结束后2 d在双侧内关等穴位给予穴位敷贴，24 h更换1次。对照组则不使用穴位敷贴。比较两组病人胃肠道反应程度。［结果］实验组病人胃肠道反应程度明显低于对照组。［结论］使用穴位敷贴对缓解化疗病人胃肠道反应有一定疗效。
