空心杆热洗技术的研究与应用

针对目前的锅炉车套管热洗清蜡方式存在的问题,研究了空心杆热洗技术。空心杆热洗装置主要由热洗三通、空心抽油杆、热洗单流阀及配套的光杆和光杆密封器等组成。洗井单流阀采取侧向岀液、下部预留口袋方式,大幅降低了洗井高压对抽油机载荷的影响,而且空心杆中的污物沉入口袋,防止了杂质对洗井通道的堵塞。现场应用结果表明,空心杆热洗洗井水量少,洗井时间短、效率高,热洗后油井排水期短、产量恢复快。

强降雨对空心复合绝缘子操作冲击闪络特性的影响

强降雨引起的电力系统闪络事故越来越多,因此研究强降雨对电气设备放电特性的影响显得尤为重要。淋雨状态主要由降雨强度、雨水电阻率等因素决定。选取252kV空心复合绝缘子为样品,通过建立模拟淋雨平台,研究了空心复合绝缘子在不同淋雨状态下的操作冲击闪络特性。试验结果表明:空心复合绝缘子在不同雨量下的外绝缘由负极性操作波电压来决定;随着雨水电导率的增加,操作湿闪络电压不断降低,雨水电导率大于1 000μS/cm以后时,操作湿闪络电压降低程度较为平缓并呈现出平稳趋势。
