Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2017 目的分析吉林省耐多药结核分枝杆菌临床分离株rpoB、katG基因突变特点,为建立本省快速耐多药检测方法提供参考。方法对吉林省耐多药结核分枝杆菌菌株扩增rpoB、katG基因测序后比对分析。结果耐多药结核分枝杆菌rpoB、katG基因的突变率分别为83.53%和70.6%,突变类型包括点突变、联合突变和缺失。在rpoB基因中,82.30%突变发生在RRDR区域,最常见突变位点为rpoB 531、rpoB 526、rpoB 516。KatG基因突变率为70.6%,最常见突变位点为katG315 ...

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2011 目的探讨K-ras基因突变谱与结直肠癌肝转移的相关性,为进一步阐明结直肠癌肝转移的分子机制提供理论依据。方法收集2008年1月至2010年8月在我院治疗的结直肠癌肝转移患者30例,进行K-ras基因突变检测,分析K-ras基因的突变类型及频率,探讨K-ras基因的突变谱与结直肠癌肝转移患者性别、年龄、原发灶位置、转移位置、病灶形态及TNM分期的相关性。结果 30例结直肠癌肝转移患者组织中K-ras基因突变者14例,突变率为47%,其中12密码子突变9例,突变率为30%;13密码子突变者5例,突变率为17%
