文中考虑了含风、光、微型燃气轮机、火电机组、蓄电池、燃料电池的典型微电网系统协同优化运行问题。综合考虑出力源的发电成本、燃料成本、环境治理成本、购电成本和售电收益后,建立了典型微电网系统并网和孤网两种运行方式下的优化函数,采用粒子群算法和改进鸡群算法对其优化函数进行求解,得出优化周期内各电源出力情况,并对仿真分析比较,得出具有普适性的控制策略,并验证改进鸡群算法的优点。

基于邻域粒子群优化神经网络的变压器故障诊断

为了提高变压器故障诊断正判率,提出了一种邻域粒子群算法优化BP神经网络的电力变压器油中气体分析(DGA)方法,即通过相关统计分析和数据的预处理,选择变压器油中典型气体作为神经网络的输入,然后利用训练好的邻域粒子群算法优化后的神经网络进行变压器故障类型诊断。试验结果表明,该类方法具有很好的分类效果,较好地解决了变压器放电和过热共存时故障的难分辨问题,对故障类型的正判率较高。

基于PSO-SVM的高压绝缘子污秽等级评定

污秽等级评定是绝缘子泄漏电流在线监测系统的重要内容,评定的难点在于泄漏电流的各种电气特征量、环境因素与绝缘子表面污秽状况之间存在着复杂的非线性关系。笔者在实验室模拟试验和现场实测数据基础上,采用粒子群算法优化支持向量机的参数,建立了污秽等级评定的支持向量机模型。该方法利用支持向量机结构风险最小化原则和粒子群快速全局优化特点,通过对样本数据的学习,可以快速建立泄漏电流有效值、泄漏电流峰值、泄漏电流脉冲频度、环境湿度、温度与污秽等级之间的映射关系。实验结果表明,该方法是有效的。
