石墨-陶瓷电阻的电阻率具有负温度系数效应(NTC效应),石墨粒径直接影响到电阻率和NTC效应。研究表明:石墨中位粒径(D50)呈级差为2μm的等差数列减小时的电阻率成指数规律降低;随着温度的上升,石墨NTC效应逐渐减弱;石墨-陶瓷电阻的NTC效应随着石墨粒径的减小而减弱。
