胭脂鱼(Myxocyprinus asiaticus)精子冷冻保存及对超微结构的影响

胭脂鱼(Myxocyprinus asiaticus)是亚洲特有的淡水珍稀鱼类,但由于人类活动和生态环境的变化,胭脂鱼数量急剧减少,研究其精子冷冻保存技术及建立精子冷冻保存库,对种质资源的保护和遗传育种具有重要意义。选取健康的雄性胭脂鱼,经人工催产后获得成熟精子,首先对4种精子稀释液种类(D-17、D-15、D-20、人工精浆A)、4种抗冻剂种类(DMSO、GLY、MeOH、PG)及4种DMSO抗冻剂浓度(6%、8%、10%、12%)进行筛选,其次选取筛选后冷冻效果最好的冻精与鲜精做受精实验 ...
