用低渗膨胀试验评价黑猩猩冷冻精子的膜完整性

精液品质评定的常见方法有精子活力、畸形率和顶体完整率等指标,但这些指标不能评定精子的真实受精能力。目前低渗膨胀试验作为检验精子膜功能的一种方法得到广泛认可,利用它可检验具有完整膜的精子是否具有生化活性。本试验通过对冷冻2只黑猩猩精液进行低渗膨胀来评定冷冻精子的膜完整性。试验结果显示,本研究中的黑猩猩的冷冻精子在低渗溶液中的膨胀率较高,表明试验黑猩猩的冷冻精液有较高的活力,精子具有较高的穿透率和受精能力。
