SRC激酶调控肿瘤糖代谢的研究进展

SRC激酶是一种与膜相关的非受体酪氨酸激酶,在细胞生长、分裂、迁移和存活信号通路中发挥着重要作用。此外,它还通过不同机制调节癌细胞中的葡萄糖代谢,如直接调节葡萄糖代谢相关酶和葡萄糖转运体,或间接调节相关信号转导通路等。在这篇综述中,我们阐明了SRC激酶在调控癌细胞葡萄糖代谢中的作用,还讨论了以SRC为靶点的各种抑制剂的研究进展与存在问题,探讨研发更高选择性和更高活性的SRC抑制剂,使靶向SRC成为治疗肿瘤的新希望。

高原低氧环境抑制小鼠脾脏组织碳代谢的分子机制
