Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1982 糖化血红蛋白A1（Glycosylated hemoglobin Al,GHbA1）为血红蛋白A的β-链氨基末端与葡萄糖或其代谢物以非酶化方式连结而成,在红细胞生存期内相对稳定,因而能综合地反映测定前8～12周内血糖浓度,可用作评价糖尿病病情控制良好与否的一个指标。测定GHbAl的方法有多种,其中化学法较简易,但一般认为不够稳定,国内使用的报道尚少。我们对Flukiger等化学比色测定法加以改进,并与临床相对照,认为可用。
