目的 探讨血红蛋白(Hb)、基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)水平与老年糖尿病肾病患者肾间质纤维化(RIF)以及进展为终末期肾病(ESRD)的关系。方法 选择2014年4月至2020年4月石家庄市第三医院肾内科收治的103例老年糖尿病肾病患者(肾病组),95例单纯糖尿病患者(糖尿病组),59例体检志愿者为对照组。所有患者均接受Hb、MMP-7、肾功能、RIF血清学指标检测,出院后随访至2022年4月,统计ESRD发生情况。Pearson分析Hb、MMP-7与肾功能、RIF血清学指标的相关性。Kaplan ...
