组蛋白化学修饰与12/15-脂氧化酶代谢途径在糖尿病肾病发展中的作用
糖尿病肾病(DKD)是糖尿病患者最常见的微血管并发症之一,也是终末期肾衰竭的主要原因,其发病机制比较复杂。大量实验证实表观遗传学机制包括组蛋白化学修饰与脂质代谢产物12/15脂氧化酶(12/15-LO)参与调控DKD的特征性病理生理过程,本综述将从他们之间的相互作用关系出发,进一步探讨DKD发病机制,为DKD的治疗提供新的研究方向。
