Gaoya dianqi, 2023 为提高配网实验室质量监督能力，提出了基于模糊层次法的配电变压器抽检实验室能效评估方法。首先，基于层次分析法和灰色理论，提出以试验设备、软件系统、试验流程以及安全管理为准则层的指标评价体系；接着，计算某配电变压器实验室能效的综合评价值；最后，找出该实验室系统的薄弱环节。研究表明：建立的能效评估体系，CR值均小于0.1，证明文中指标体系的设计是合理的；该实验室综合评价结果I级，物流信息评分值最低，说明该系统的物流过程有待改善。文中指标体系的建立，对物资抽检质量的提升具有促进作用。

Partisanship, Deservingness, and the Attitudinal Policy Feedback Process for Social Policy
Policy Studies Journal, EarlyView.ABSTRACT In an era of identity‐based partisan polarization, we examine whether social policies can still generate positive attitudinal feedback among beneficiaries. Drawing on nationally representative survey data, we demonstrate that partisanship conditions the policy feedback process through divergent perceptions of group deservingness.
