一种轻钢龙骨装配式复合墙板的防水性能试验研究

本文聚焦一种具有横向企口构造的轻钢龙骨装配式复合墙板，展开防水性能试验研究。首先设计足尺试件，开展风压下淋水试验，参照相关标准采用稳定加压法，模拟不同风荷载与风雨共同作用，运用目测法、化学试纸法观测墙体本身水密性；之后针对不同企口间隙的墙板进行淋水试验，运用目测法、化学试纸法和红外热成像法观测横缝渗漏情况。试验结果显示：该复合墙板水密性能优良，水密性能指标达3 000 Pa，满足相关标准要求；横缝间隙影响墙面渗漏，间隙宜控制在2 mm以下；红外热成像检测法能有效判断墙板拼缝是否渗漏 ...
