基于ResNet18的医用人体红外热成像对脂肪肝的分类诊断研究

本研究旨在探索不同深度学习模型在医用人体红外热成像对脂肪肝分类诊断中的应用效果,重点对比了VGG16、ResNet18和DenseNet121三种模型。收集大量医用人体红外热成像数据并进行预处理后,分别输入这三个模型进行训练与测试。VGG16模型以其经典的深层卷积网络结构参与评估,但其在训练过程中易出现过拟合现象,且计算量较大。DenseNet121模型通过密集连接方式促进特征传播,但在本研究中其表现未达最优。相比之下,ResNet18模型凭借残差网络结构有效解决了深层网络训练中的退化问题,其准确度最高,
