Microstructure and spectral analysis of Mytilus coruscus shell(厚壳贻贝贝壳的微结构及光谱分析)
贝类的贝壳是一种由碳酸钙晶体和有机质组成的高度有序的天然纳米复合材料,历来是生物材料和组织工程研究的重点对象.利用扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱分析以及X射线衍射分析等,对厚壳贻贝(Mytiluscoruscus)贝壳的微观结构、碳酸钙晶体构型以及有机质结构特征进行分析.厚壳贻贝贝壳主要包含珍珠质层、肌棱柱层和斜棱柱层;不同层次的结构在外形、碳酸晶体构型、有机质分布等方面具有不同的特征.在后闭壳肌-贝壳连接部位,肌肉与贝壳碳酸钙晶体之间由一层有机质膜连接,且该膜质地明显有别于珍珠质层表面的膜 ...

明确生物多样性动态和变化趋势是制定有效保护措施的基本出发点,2013年3月~2014年2月,在北京松山国家级自然保护区布设 64台红外相机,对林下鸟类和大中型兽类多样性进行连续监测,并与以往研究进行对比。本次调查累积相机日14 930 d,获得独立有效照片3 293组,有效视频3 746 s。记录到鸟类7目17科47种,兽类5目10科14种,含5种国家Ⅱ级重点保护野生动物。较以往红外相机监测新发现鸟类21种分属12科,新增6科; 新增兽类2种分属2科。不同海拔、植被类型以及功能区的相对丰富度存在一定差异,

河南省鸟类新纪录种——灰翅鸫(Turdus boulboul)
在整理2015—2018年的红外相机数据中,在河南内乡宝天曼国家级自然保护区2个调查位点拍摄到了4组独立照片,经鉴定为灰翅鸫(Turdus boulboul),雌鸟和雄鸟各有2次记录,并确认为河南省的鸟类新纪录物种。
